Project Description: 11,200 linear feet (2.1 miles) of 42", 54" and 60" pipeline that will begin where Charles Wells Pipeline Phase 2 left off (San Pedro Drive/Arvilla Avenue) and end at San Pedro Drive/Osuna Road.
